Scam, owner should be in Jail
I put down a deposit recently in the amount of $3,000. Days later, I can't get ahold of anyone, and now their website doesn't work.
I'm pretty sure they're out of business, they deserve to be after reading all these reviews.
Biggest mistake I could have made.
Luckily, perhaps the credit card company will return my money in the dispute. I'm submitting a complaint to the attorney general in the meantime, complete fraud.
Now Out Of Business
I used Precise on and off for a few years. This year leads abruptly stopped and I haven't been able to get in touch with anyone for over 2 months. They owe me approximately $800 for leads that were never delivered.
DO NOT ATTEMPT TO USE THIS COMPANY AS YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY

Had used them for years and now they took my 2,000 dollars and deliver NO LEADS BE CAREFUL OF Palmer he covered up all problems then disappeared!

BAd news Company
I have been buying leads from Precise for a dozen years and all has been great until this year. I have not received any leads from them for the entire month of July, in fact since the first of the year I have only received a handful of leads all year.
They have $3300.00 of my $$ on account which they will not return and now they don't even answer their phones. Do not give them any $$.
Tell them that you will pay as you go if at all. My advice is to get leads from a different company.

Scammers
I have worked with Precise leads for many years now. A few months before they shut down they were persistent on getting a $75K prepayment for a campaign which guaranteed premium leads.
The operations director kept beating around the bush and could never give straight answers when asked direct questions regarding performance, volume, ect. I instantly called BS and knew something was off. Now it's clear they were trying to take the money and run. No one at the company answers the phone or returns messages or calls.
Very shady and unethical!
Shame on you Precise! Most of all this is very sad and disappointing as they once were a decent company to work with.
Company shuts doors leaving many unpaid
In May of 2019, Precise Co-founder & CEO, Antonio Franzese announces that due to multiple lawsuits filed against him the company will finally close their doors for business after years of financial struggle. All employees were laid off without severance leaving some owed thousands of dollars in payroll & commissions.
Vendors also went unpaid totaling Millions of dollars in advertising spend. Precise even made deductions out of employees paychecks for health benefits & child support which later was found never to be paid.
Clients prepaid Precise but never received leads & were blown off when requested to be refunded. The company mismanaged funds likely to pay their attorney fee's & support the lavish lifestyle of the CEO.
PRECISE LEADS SHUTS DOWN
For at least a year I had been buying leads from them and then in February 2019, they abruptly stopped. I called and was told they are reorganizing they way the send out leads to get me better quality.
Nothing happened. I have called at least 5 times to ask my rep about this. Always an excuse but when you google the owner's name and the company, they are in several lawsuits currently and it seems awfully coincidental that the leads stopped when the lawsuits began. Today....the website is now down.
I am disputing my last payment to them since they breached their contract to rundown the balance with leads. I got 0 leads and they owe me $500

This is the biggest peice of garbage company. i called them about 15 times in the last number of days and no one EVBER PICKS UP THE PHONE> and called every department.
i have money with them that i cant' get back they dont' issue refunds. stay away.

40% bad leads and they dont even care
Here are the percent of bad leads over the past several months (disconnected numbers, wrong numbers, or someone who only did it because they were incentivized by a walmart gift card or something similar)
January- 17.49
February- 20.42
March- 33
April- 40.74
I am now officially done with this company. Over 40% of their leads were bad leads in April!! Thats totally insane!!!
You can see, it has really only been getting worse and worse this year. When i call for help, my rep is NEVER available and NEVER returns my calls. It is to the point where i have to use their support ticket system to get her to respond ( i think because she looks bad if tickets stay open longer than 48 hrs)
At the beginning of the year, my rep asked me to make a disposition report, so i spent a few hours putting together an excel file... then she never reviewed it!!! They really have a "take it or leave it" approach. Horrible customer service and anyone who speaks highly of them is not paying attention to any metrics
STOPPED PROVIDING LEADS
I haven't received a lead in over 2 months. They said they were rekeying the way they get us leads but I really don't know what is going on.
They were good for a while and then now there is nothing. Are they still a viable source for home leads for anybody out there?
This company is a complete scam
Terrible service and they do not deliver what they promise. All leads delivered where recycled old leads or leads purchased from other vendors who already worked them.
I place 3k with them to set up my account, received approximately 100 leads and closed nothing. The leads provided by Precise where recycled leads purchased from other vendors, Old leads, most over 1 year, with numbers that were disconnected or had new owners, and generated through incentive adds. I verified the sites and adds used to capture the initial lead from the consumer on several occasions and confronted Precise Leads with the information.
They admitted they don't generate their leads and couldn't verify the age or the accuracy of the leads they purchase. They refused to refund the account.

Terrible
I actually tried to purchase leads from this place before I read these reviews. I told the guy that I would not sign up for a subscription but pay $100 for a set of leads to see if they are any good before I commit.
He told me that they don’t want my business if I am not willing to have it be an ongoing subscription and hung up on me. After reading the reviews, I dodged a bullet!
Horrible Service
Called to cancel my account they said they would pause and never called me back until I called a week later.... and before you say anything I left voice mails and nothing no call back or anything until I got in contact with the supervisor
Terrible leads, stay away!
These leads aren't real leads. It was such a waste of money. I guess there is no way to know if the leads are new leads.
Garbage. Better off cold calling out of a phone book.
The online portal is not agent friendly and despite reaching out to my account manager via phone call and email, my account was charged $300.00. The leads are overpriced and there is $10 sitting in my account just wasted away considering the only option to use the insufficient funds would be to buy more leads through this mediocre lead source.
Seriously the worst leads source I have utilized.
The leads themselves were recycled and definitely over saturated. Of the $600 spent and 3 months gone by I can account for 0 sales.
If you are considering to supplement your business during slow periods, DO NOT use precise leads - especially if you are in Ohio. The Columbus office is worthless.
