Phony Lucky Winner Scam

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
A message popped up on my iPhone saying I had my choice of three prizes. Against my better judgment, I selected one, which of course was unavailable, as was number two. So I selected number three, an iPhone6. After filling in a bunch of personal information (no ss number), I was not awarded a prize immediately received a call from an insurance agent. She gave me Precise Leads as her source. I just received another insurance call. Rats. Isn't this illegal? I doubt that I will receive a new iPhone 6 anytime soon. I am supposed to enter at least 100 words, so I am rambling now. So much for being on a do not call list for cell phones.

I've been in the industry for almost eight years and I've used them all. These *** bags are by far the worst. Their so called 100% return policy is a joke. And they have no problem sending leads to you at 1am when they can't be called and billing methods are downright criminal. Even if there is a pending credit for say five of their alleged scrubbed leads they will go ahead and push another charge for $300 as soon as you hit their 25% limit in your balance. Never mind that the leads are only good on the first couple of days. Then as usual they turn into garbage.

Precise Leads - Terrible Leads

I took on precise leads because they had a promotion for half price leads. I should not have renewed with them. Their leads are pretty much garbage leads. Hard to contact the callers and also most of the time the callers do not want to be called. Returning leads is near impossible. Precise Leads is sends you garbage leads and waste your time. I advise you use another company and pay a little bit more for the leads that have live people on the other line. Otherwise you will have just wasted $10 - $16 for nothing as well as the time you put in to creating a quote.

Precise Leads do not contract with this company

over 80% of Their Medicare leads are fabricated. When you cold call a lead you violate CMS guideline. Over 30% thought they were contacting Medicare.gov when they filled out Precise Lead call request form. Most importantly Precise Leads refuse to give credit for all the bogus leads. They cap you return lead credit at 25% then charge your credit card before your return lead credits are used. You can not run your account to zero you have cancel your lead program with money in your account which is non-refundable they are guaranteed minimum of $75.00 of unused fund when you finally terminate the contract. Do Not Contract with this company.

Precise Leads did not have a manager available to handle my needs; who runs a business like that?

To my insurance agent reps. I have been getting leads from Preciseleads.com and I requested a few days ago to cancel my account, to stop sending leads and not to debit my checking account for new leads. They did not cancel, they did not stop sending leads and they DID debit my checking account. I spoke to my rep via phone and she stated she will have to speak to manager and get back to me as a manager was not immediately available. What kind of company does not have a manager (or someone; or more than one manager) available to assist you? I will let you know how this ends. At this point, it's not good business! If the money is not replaced into my checking account within 24 hours, I will submit a complaint here at the BBB. http://tlsinsuranceagent.blogspot.com/2015/09/precise-leads-for-insurance-reps-beware.html

Don't do business with these people.

Leads are horrible. I paid big money for exclusive leads which weren't. Advise not to do business with these frauds. Leads were to clients who did not have the money for life insurance either. Tried some long term care leads and much the same. Little to no results. Their leads aren't cheap either. Now they're calling me over and over again to buy leads from them. I wouldn't buy leads from them if they were the last company left on the planet. Surrly people in their customer service too. In the end I ended out of several hundred dollars of money.

Overpriced Garbage

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
Many lead companies sell bad leads for $8 - $10. These scam artists make you believe their leads are better "qualified" and, therefore, worth $18. They are just as bad as any other company I bought from. Whats worse about these leads is: with the other companies, at least SOME of the leads were valid. EVERY LEAD FROM PRECISE LEADS IS GARBAGE. Their contract makes it impossible to get a refund, even with a credit card dispute. Client Services is TERRIBLE. They have NO desire to rectify the situation or retain your business. They placate to get you off the phone and decline to replace leads.

THEY ARE SELLING FAKE LEADS

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I will preface this review by saying I order from MULTIPLE lead vendors and I have a very consistent internet lead process- call, email, mail, follow up, etc. I initially put down a $300 lead deposit with Precise Leads- I converted ZERO (my conversion on internet leads is typically at least 10-20%), the few that I was able to get in touch with either never requested a quote or it was a wrong number. Over 50% of the leads had a disconnected number and the remaining 10% or so were already with my company. When I called to shut down my account I couldn't get a hold of my account rep and he never returned my call until I left three separate messages. When he finally did call me back it was too late and my card had already been charged ANOTHER $300. Biggest waste of $600 I've ever spent. Save your money and go with Underground Elephant, Everquote, or InsuranceQuotes.

I had similar issues, I signed up the service and told Precise Leads not to charge my credit card until a certain day. The went ahead and chage myy account any way.

I wanted a refund, the sales person was extremely nasty an unprofessional and refused to credit back my account and said that I signed a "contract". Be very careful, this company will fabricate things just to charge your credit card.

What a Joke!!

Every person you call says I never request any information don't know how you got my information. They must be getting called over 20 times a day because when you call them they first off say they are getting a lot of calls and that they have gotten it taken care of click. I do believe you have to be a sales person but you can't rebuttal a dial tone due to them being aggravated. This company used to be one of the better ones but, I guess not ANYMORE. Stop selling to so many people one lead. "Medicare leads"

Leads are terrible and they won't let you cancel - they just keep charging your card even after you've told them to STOP!

I am an insurance agent and decided to try Lrecise leads for as a lead source. I wanted to call the prospects as soon as they submitted a request for quote. Precise leads had a minimum deposit of $300. I began receiving leads on March 1st. The leads were coming in the middle of the night which made it impossible to call them immediately as I wanted to do so I emailed Ashley Essig, my account rep to cancel on March 3rd. She contacted me and offered to have them come in a certain times of the day and to lower my autobill to $100 which I agreed to try. This still was not working out the way I wanted so on March 12 I emailed Ashley again to cancel. Their cancellation policy is that you do not receive a refund but keep receiving leads until your funds run out. I received my last leads on March 16th and on March 23rd someone named Bo called me from Precise Leads and offered to fix some things on the filters and give me credits if would I be willing to try again. I said yes but told him that I did not want them charging my credit card again without my consent. On April 6 they charged my credit card for another $100.

I contacted Ashley and explained that I had explicitly told Bo not to charge my credit card without my permission and she said she would have Bo call me. Hours later I still did not hear from Bo so I sent Ashley another email stating that I wanted my account cancelled and I wanted the $100 refunded to my credit card.

Tom the manager calls me a few minutes later and tells me that because I had logged in and agreed to the $100 "rebill" that they would not refund my credit card but would give me the $97 worth of leads I had left. He said that in Bo's notes he did not state that I had told him to cancel the rebill so he would not process the credit. He refused to listen to me and just kept stating that I had agreed and would not be receiving a credit.

I had agreed to the $100 rebill on March 6th, then I tried to cancel again on March 12 and was talked into trying it again by this Bo person which I only agreed to if they wouldn't charge my credit card without my consent! Which they did!

Text Mesages

DON'T EVER GIVE THEM YOUR CELL PHONE OR ANY PHONE #. I stopped working with them approx 4 years ago. And In the past 3 or 4 years they are flooding my cell phone with texts. I text them back and called them many times, speaking with many people, asking to stop the text, and they keep texting me. They are very annoying. They don't stop texting. What do I need to do to stop it. I can use some help here. Please help me resolve the problem. I don't know what else to write and explain more. Why do I need to have 100 words? Thanks, Joseph

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I wanted to try precise leads and was made a bunch of promises that were not true. They make you start with $300. After having multiple issues we canceled our service. We still have over $100 in leads that we were to receive since they wont return your money. First they refused to return bad leads, then they changed our pricing from 1/2 price, which we were promised to full price. Also they did not send any of the additional leads to my email address so I had no idea we even had any leads until I happen to notice in our account that we had been getting leads that were not delivered. Save your money, don't use this company.

PRECISE LEADS WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY

Precise Leads.com will gladly deliver leads to you after you load your account with $300.00 minimum. However, most of their leads are bought from other sources even though they tell you they aren't. So you are not getting true real time leads -- you'll discover this soon after you turn your shared medicare leads on. Further more Precise Leads billed my account automatically for an additional $300.00 saying that I agreed on the phone to a re-occuring account renewal, which I did not. When I called to ask to listen to my recorded phone call of me saying I agree to that (because I did not) they stumbled over their words, put me on a 10 minute hold and then proceeded to say they only "record certain calls" -- which is ironic they don't record their most important calls, the ones that are sales. This company is pure fraud and my credit card company is in the process of fighting this transaction as we speak. I would stay far away from Precise Leads and stick with many of the other legitimate companies. Not to mention, their customer service reps are inept and extremely rude. I spoke with a Patrick and a few other people. Too many chiefs and not enough indians in that business. Everyone is a "manager" but yet no one can help. You have been warned.
